It has been agonizingly painful trying to upload to various free hosting sites, so I’ve decided to try and put them straight on here!

Despite what is called Broadband here, it’s still taking several lifetimes, at least it feels like it, to upload the files to the server. And then I will have to see what works better: mp4 or wmv. And please, I’m not a fan/hater of either, as long as they work reliably.

As to the gigs: on Friday night I saw two awesome groovy and happening bands:

Well, this year is starting out pretty interesting. I have been to a couple of gigs already, varied experiences to put it mildly, and have just realized that for the next 6 weeks I could theoretically be out of the house every weekend.

I think, I might enjoy that more than my family. So, to placate them I’ve decided to “only” do the gigs, and not stay away for a full 48 hours as usual!

It’s quite a range:

from modern electronic

to psychodelic afro-beat

to plain rocking out

to somewhat different

I’m really looking forward to this month, and hopefully will come back with some great footage to show
